Liberty Youth goalkeeper Isaka Mohammed is dead following a clash with a striker in a football match in the early hours of Sunday, GHANASOCCERNET.COM can confirm.
Isaka, 18, was reported to be playing a local area game on Friday with a select side at the Acquinas Park where he met his untimely death.
Issaka played for Liberty Youth, a Division Three side team coached and owned by Wahid Mohammed.
The incident happened on Friday but Isaka died this morning at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra.
Isaka was sent to the Police Hospital on Friday where he was referred to the 37 Military Hospital that same day.
